This new build property made great commercial sense for my client. Being the owner of the existing end terrace, he noticed the large grassed area to the side of the property was large enough for an entire new house. The site was limited in size, but with some careful arrangement the property feels light and spacious and is now the home of some very happy tenants that moved in from older house next door.
